With winter months almost upon us, now is a good time to make sure your car is ready. Here is quick checklist for winter driving.
- Check your coolant
- Check your battery
- Fill your wiper fluid
- Replace your wiper blades
- Inspect (replace your tires)
- Check your oil
- Check your belts and hoses
Make sure you have an emergency car kit that includes:
- Flashlight and batteries
- Charger for your cellphone
- First aid kit
- If ice, a scraper or de-icer
- Shovel
- Flares
- Blankets
- Jack
- Food
- Sand/Kitty Litter
